Arrived on December 30, 2025 at 3:15 PM for an emergency. My Jumpy van had a red warning light, but it was closed for holidays, and there was no mention of this on the Google listing. Shameful.
All I can do is cross my fingers…😡😡😡😡

Very bad garage, they damage the rims, lose the vehicle's anti-theft sockets, they don't even know how to balance a tire, photo to support it, and even if we prove to them that it was them who did something stupid, they don't do anything and shirk their responsibility. To finish in style, they hang up on customers and no longer answer the phone, what a shame

Puffff I don’t recommend this garage.
The first time we waited more than a year and in fact we never heard anything about our car problem or an electronic problem....
The second time because a Citroën approved garage we didn't have much choice... we waited more than 4 months for our car to be repaired...
NO INFO customer service No.....
In short, don't go there.

Following a letter from Citroen asking me to change the airbags, the garage made me wait for months without a response from them and telling me that the parts have not been received and they hope to receive them. Today, a second letter from Citroen asks me again to change the airbags, an important part of the vehicle in the event of an accident. The garage does not put itself in the place of the vehicle users. What do we do if we have an accident???
