In June, I went to Euromaster Metz Augny for a full service on my car, plus a bulb replacement. The next day, my car was still displaying the "service due" message. I called, and they told me to come back "someday" to clear it. My fault for not going back, but the service itself was supposed to have been done…
A few months later, in October, I realized that the same headlight was faulty again (I never drive this car at night, so I hadn't noticed it before). Then an oil level warning light appeared. I called Euromaster again: the person on the phone herself noted that it was "the same problem as in June."
I made an appointment and explained the situation at the counter. They vaguely told me that "Volkswagen can sometimes trigger another service in the meantime," which is completely false: I've had this car for 8 years and never had this problem.
So I asked the logical question: “Was everything really done in June?”
They told me they would check.
An hour later, they informed me that the problem stemmed from… the oil change, which hadn't been done. Just “the levels,” and that “one liter of oil was missing.” Except my car doesn't leak oil, and you don't top up the levels every four months when a proper service has been done…
So I pressed on:
“So nothing was done in June?”
And that's when the man started getting angry, as if it were absurd to ask the question.
The most surprising thing? I didn't even have to argue: he immediately deducted something from the bill. When you have nothing to hide, you don't just remove charges so quickly…
In short: I'm not interested in any discount. What I want to point out is that you don't talk to customers as if they're ignorant, and especially that you don't charge for a service that clearly wasn't done.
I thought I'd found a trustworthy garage. The result: another bad experience, another feeling of taking advantage of people who aren't mechanics.
For those who read this review: always check what was actually done to your car.
That's the only mistake I made in this whole affair.

A professional team that was able to resolve my tire problem. A big thank you to Florian as well, who was able to detect and alert me to a low oil level in my vehicle. He even added a small amount of oil to prevent engine damage. I will recommend your garage to my friends and family.

Excellent service!
The wait times for an appointment are more than reasonable.
The team is attentive to the customer and the follow-up is impeccable.
As a bonus, they store my tires for me. Top-notch service, nothing to complain about!
