Having had several experiences with other garages, I can confirm that the prices are in line with the market, but above all, the work is of high quality, and that here, they demonstrate honesty and insight in identifying the problem with your vehicle.
In short, mechanics who take their work seriously, a dedicated workshop manager who knows his stuff, and a very pleasant welcome (as far as I'm concerned).
I therefore recommend them, both for maintenance (no over-the-top services) and for breakdowns (search, solutions, turnaround times, prices, courtesy car, etc.).

Living in Saint-Jean, I used to take my Renault vehicles to either the dealership in Saint-Orens or the one on Route des États-Unis in Toulouse. Unfortunately, the wait times were endless, the prices discouraging, there were no loaner vehicles available, the service was mediocre… and they never took responsibility when a problem arose, or even when a part went missing from the vehicle.
My last vehicle, a Duster purchased from the Route des États-Unis dealership, was a real nightmare.
Then, we discovered the Renault STECAV LACAN garage: a true rediscovery of the mechanic profession! A welcoming, friendly, and transparent team, with fair prices and expert workmanship. They took care of a gearbox problem on my Duster (with less than 20,000 km) and even provided me with a loaner vehicle.
I really want to emphasize their professionalism, dedication, and the commitment of the entire team, regardless of their position within the company. I recommend them without hesitation!

Having leased my new Clio 5 from Renault in 2021, I've remained loyal for servicing. I feel reassured; I pay for the quality guarantee, but I have complete peace of mind. Furthermore, the team at the LACAN garage in L'Union is very helpful.

Reception at the body shop needs improvement
I went to the body shop yesterday to inquire about my vehicle. Unfortunately, the reception was very unpleasant: the person at the reception desk didn't even look up to acknowledge my greeting. I understand the workload, but a minimum of respect is essential. This doesn't detract from the professionalism of the other employees, but the reception clearly needs improvement.
