Great service with attentive staff. We needed to make an emergency stopover here due to a flat tire of our Renault car. They helped us immediately and did not charge us for anything. Since is not my mother tongue French, communication went perfectly with Google translate and basic French. Thank you very much!

I came this evening to inquire about the procedure for test-driving a vehicle.
We were directed to a man in his office who, forgive me, didn't seem at all interested in buying or even test-driving a vehicle.
He was nonchalant, slumped in his chair, and, in my opinion, he clearly judged us. We were dressed casually (no sweatpants either), but believe me, he made us feel like shit.
I won't set foot in that garage again.

Review deleted! I'm renewing my review of my bad experience after buying my used Koleos.
I came from Nantes to pick up my car; it was supposed to be ready! The preparation was sloppy, the paint touch-up was bad, the side and rear windows were damaged by the previous owner's dogs, the seat was coming apart at the seams, the wheel alignment was supposedly done after a repair, but I had to pay for it myself, the tow ball key was lost (I had to buy another one), and worst of all, after an 8-hour drive from Nantes to Strasbourg-Fitte, the salesman's presentation of the car lasted a mere 2 minutes! I finally got the rear window replaced after 20 to 30 phone calls and a lot of insistence; the rest of the repairs were my responsibility.
After 45 years of loyalty to Renault, this is the first time I've felt like I was being taken for a fool.
