A quote of €700 for a simple 40,000 km service on a 2008. What's more, it's impossible to get a price beforehand. They just hand you the quote to sign when you're standing at the front desk with five people behind you, and that's it! I called afterwards to complain, and they hung up on me with an incredibly rude attitude. Clearly, this is a garage to avoid at all costs!

A very disappointing experience marked by complete administrative rigidity.
I came with specific technical details regarding a thermostat failure on my 2008. I was met with a service advisor who was completely closed to dialogue. Here, there is no room for listening or cooperation: it's either an exorbitantly priced diagnostic (up to €259), or a repair with no guarantee of success if you haven't paid for the diagnostic.
What's unbearable is the categorical refusal to consider the customer's observations to assess the situation verbally. You get the feeling that procedure takes precedence over service and human interaction. You're made to understand that your opinion doesn't count, even when it's supported by simple mechanical facts.
A very condescending approach that transforms a relationship of trust into a simple financial power struggle. If you're looking for a garage that values technical discussion and genuine service, look elsewhere.

Incredible service! I had a headlight problem on my mother's car and I popped in quickly, not expecting to be seen without an appointment. Aurore and Laurent were amazing and fixed it immediately. I wasn't expecting it at all, and they really saved the day. I was only in the small shop for about 10 minutes; it was clean and pleasant. I highly recommend them!
