I have been debating whether to write this review in English or to translate it with an online translator, but I think it would be better to write in English as it would be more accurate.
I am a Canadian and I bought a holiday home in France earlier this year and in July, I noticed there's a 2015 Grand Scenic for sale at this company so I contacted them.
Erwann worked with me from July until the end of September. He made sure that everything is good with the car, a lot of work has been put to it, as I told him when I pick the car up I will need to drive to Normandy where my home is.
It was a pleasure working with him and he was also kind enough to pick me up at the Nantes Atlantique Aeroport on the day I arrive from Canada.
I would like to thank him and the staff at the company for everything.

Pleasant welcome and very easy appointment booking.
I left my car for bodywork repairs after a collision. Everything went very well, the work was meticulous and very well done.
While waiting for my bodywork appointment, I noticed that the horn had started working intermittently. I mentioned it to the team, and they told me it wasn't a problem and that they would look into it.
Later, as I needed to have my annual service done, I decided to have it done there, since the garage is close to my home. They also confirmed that they would check the horn during my scheduled service appointment on January 22, 2026.
I left the car in the morning and, before noon, I received a call telling me the coolant needed changing, even though it had been replaced less than a year earlier at a Renault dealership, specifically when I bought the vehicle…
Regarding the horn, Mr. Benjamin explained that it was a part located behind the steering wheel, with many wires, and that he was waiting for the part number before contacting me again. He indicated that a case had been opened. I emphasized the urgency, as my one-year warranty was about to expire (end of February).
Two weeks later, on Saturday, February 7th, my husband went directly to the garage. A receptionist told him that there was no case file under our name.
As luck would have it, the garage called back today to say that the entire steering wheel needed to be replaced, not just the part, and that this wasn't covered by the warranty, on the pretext that the vehicle wasn't purchased from them. If it had been, a goodwill gesture might have been possible.
It's worth noting that I also have the Platinum extended warranty.
The problem isn't the goodwill gesture itself, but the lack of clarity: they could have simply told me from the start that they weren't handling it and advised me to go to the Renault dealership where the vehicle was purchased, instead of making me wait unnecessarily.
In conclusion: decent service as long as you buy the vehicle from them, much less so, and far less professional otherwise.

I live in the Île-de-France region, so I bought my car remotely, and I would like to especially thank Laurence Roger, whom I contacted. She did everything she could to ensure I could see the car as clearly as possible, as if I were there in person. The day of delivery went very smoothly; my car was exactly as pictured. So, I want to thank Laurence again for her warm welcome and professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car with a good price/value/quality ratio.
Thank you, Laurence, and I'll see you again soon.

We purchased a Suzuki Swift found on the Le Bon Coin website. We had a very good experience with Ms. Roger, who was very responsive to our messages and very pleasant when handing over the keys. We trusted her completely and we absolutely do not regret it.
