Good experience. Had my car serviced twice there for the 10k and 30k check up service. All good, friendly and helpful staff.

STROPHIC DISASTER!
The man who manages this establishment is... It's not possible.
I made an appointment for a company vehicle to be serviced (last oil change was done a year ago and about 15,000 km).
The handling was rough and unclear. The man got into the vehicle (dressed in mechanic's gear) to... Check what needed to be done! Open the hood, but don't go under it...
Anyway, I leave my vehicle to have my service and oil changed.
I get my vehicle back, with the battery changed/windshield wiper blades changed/cabin filter replaced/coolant flushed... But no oil change.
The goal is to make money?
The odometer was still reset to 0? Why is that?
No clear, straightforward answer other than consulting the organization that manages my company's vehicle rentals.
I'm requesting a copy of the certificate, which hasn't arrived or is half-erased.
Do not entrust your vehicle here.

It is completely unacceptable that a receptionist doesn't even bother to say hello or goodbye to customers. Making customers wait more than 10 minutes for personal calls, instead of attending to other customers, is a blatant lack of respect and professionalism. Such behavior seriously damages the establishment's image and goes against any standard of customer service.
This comment concerns only the reception and in no way calls into question the mechanical aspects or the work of the mechanic, Pedro, who is always available, professional, and helpful.

I've been going to Moreno's garage for 30 years and the welcome, service, and efficiency are excellent. I highly recommend this top-notch garage to everyone!
