Good experience. Had my car serviced twice there for the 10k and 30k check up service. All good, friendly and helpful staff.

COMPLETE DISASTER!
The man who runs this place is... unbelievable.
I made an appointment for a service on my company car (last oil change a year ago and about 15,000 km). The handover was haphazard and unclear. The man got into the car (dressed like a mechanic) to... see what needed doing! He opened the hood, but didn't bother to look underneath...
Anyway, I left my car there for the service and oil change.
I picked up my car, with the battery replaced, windshield wipers replaced, cabin air filter replaced, and coolant flushed... but no oil change.
Is the goal just to make money?
The odometer was reset to zero, though? Why?
No clear or straightforward answers other than to contact the company that manages my company's vehicle rentals. I requested a copy of the service certificate, which either never arrived or was partially erased.
Do not leave your vehicle here.
