CATASTROPHIC!!! RUN AWAY!!!
After 54 days of immobility!! (Who can top that??) I'm traumatized by my latest experience with this garage.
This time, my insurance company had to call them three times to get them to take action. (Because it's the second time this has happened to me with the same car and the same garage: the first time the problem reappeared instantly after I got it back, and I had already waited ages before getting it back. I should have been more careful, you might say... and you'd be right...). 😰... It was just bad luck with the location of the breakdown.
This time, this garage did a shoddy job (or rather, put a band-aid on it) on my car for a so-called repair that will DEFINITELY break down again soon, according to another garage I consulted to verify the repair, because, as you can imagine, I had absolutely no confidence in them.
It's an absolute disgrace.
And to top it off: the price of the so-called repair: EXCESSIVE. SALTY...
In conclusion, and to warn other users: look everywhere else in your area for repairs, even if it means driving a few extra kilometers; it's really worth it.
On the other hand, this garage is a good breakdown service with suitable vehicles: it would be good if they focused on that... it would prevent a lot of damage...
My biggest mistake, even though I'd already been burned, was not having my car towed elsewhere IMMEDIATELY.
The lesson is well learned now, and I won't make that mistake again.
I'm giving one star because I have to...😱,

I'm giving it two and a half stars because this service provider from my roadside assistance company was kind enough to take care of the minor repair that needed to be done on my vehicle after having it towed on August 11th.
Unfortunately, the two-day wait turned into waiting for essential information: when will the vehicle, which is also our vacation home, be available?
Three calls to avoid getting it and the blackmail from the owner have considerably tarnished the quality of service from this garage.
I thank them for managing to get me out of this rut, but it's a shame that it was painful.

Incredible team who were a great help to us unlike our assistance for a puncture. The breakdown truck came to pick us up to take the car to another garage who could change the tire in the afternoon. Many thanks to them!

On vacation in Die, our VW campervan broke down. The ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) arranged for this garage to tow and repair the van. What a friendly man! He was even willing to let us pick it up on a Sunday. The price for the repairs was also very reasonable. Thanks from Holland!
