My Renault, still under manufacturer's warranty, has engine trouble. The roadside assistance service told me this garage HAS to take my car since it's the closest Renault dealership... But here's the thing: when I arrived, the man said yes, then, when he realized it was Renault's responsibility, he claimed there was too long a wait and told me, "No, actually, I'm not taking it." The worst part is that the same thing happened to my partner a year ago with an Australian car, and you did the same thing.
It's shameful! And you have absolutely no excuse.
Of course, even though we're neighbors, we'll never be your customers, even though, I imagine, you already have far too much work to worry about it.

three vehicles at this garage, and the service is always top-notch.

I received a very warm welcome from the sales representative. He answered all my questions. He gave me good advice and didn't push me to take options I didn't want. He was there on the day of delivery. He contacted me after delivery to see if everything was okay and told me not to hesitate to contact him again if I still had questions.
