Took our van here for repair and the did an amazing job and it only took a couple days, very helpfull and communication was great from start to finish, highly recommend just super 👌

They replaced the engine in my 3008 PureTech, which had a 10-year warranty from Peugeot (they waited until the very last minute of the warranty to replace it; it's a 2016 model). They called me to say the clutch was worn out at 110,000 km. I took advantage of the opportunity to have it and the flywheel replaced with a small discount (I've been a customer for 15 years). But while they were taking the engine apart, they broke the water pump that cools the turbo. I have to pay because my car is 10 years old (wear and tear, as they say). They gave me a €10 discount on the part. The total cost of the pump was €110, which I had to pay. I didn't agree. I told them, "You break it, you pay for it." But no, nothing at all. Since I got a discount on the clutch, that covers the cost of the pump, that was their response. It's a disgrace.

Scam practices.
Came for a service.
The mechanic quoted us a price, we agreed, and the repairs were done.
Once we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that we would actually have to pay more, even though we had never agreed to this.
Whether it was an error in the price quoted or additional repairs without prior agreement, the mechanic has no right to ask for a price that the customer hasn't agreed to.
