I would like to give these guys a massive thank you, they fitted a new tyre to my F-Type Jaguar after I suffered a blowout and had to be recovered. These guys are incredibly professional and polite, I can't thank and recommend them enough.

A huge thank you to the guys here and the lady who may have been an owner who welcomed us and our dalmations. Without these people repairing our car tyre our holidy in Les Houches wouldn't have happened. Thanks guys.. 👌 Paul and family

Fitting 4 winter tires + hubcaps on 17-inch rims.
After waiting an hour and a half to have the hubcaps measured, I finally placed my order on December 17, 2025. The receptionist told me it would take 4-5 days. So far, so good.
On December 22, I received a message saying the tires had arrived. I called back on the 23rd to ask if the hubcaps had also arrived (because the salesperson had told me to wait for their call about them). They still hadn't. I checked and said I'd call back right away... The call never came.
The holidays are over, and I received a call on January 2nd. Mr. [Name redacted] could come back to the workshop to have the hubcaps measured for my rims. Without any explanation or justification, everything was normal, just one week before leaving for the mountains.
So I went back today, January 2nd. At reception, I found a young man and a woman. Hello, only the woman answered me (the man was the one from the first order 🤣). I introduced myself and explained why I was there. She told me, "Very well, go to the workshop, take a look around, my colleague will take the measurements..." The very pleasant mechanic didn't know exactly what needed to be done (good communication within their own team, I suppose). I won't go into all the details... But basically, he took the measurements, placed the order, and that was it for the next installment.
But frankly, a lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy...
I'm a fairly loyal customer who rarely posts on social media or gives feedback, but today was really the last straw. Not an apology, nothing.

First of all, it's fantastic, go for it!
The staff is super friendly.
As for our experience, I dropped off my father's car. (It was a problem with the belt, pulley, and rollers.)
It took a good week and a half of waiting, but the result is TOP-NOTCH!
And then there were 2 hours of labor, and let's face it, there are a lot of people who want to get their cars repaired.
So finding an opening to get our car repaired must have been a bit complicated. We know that, so no worries on that front.
My father, who is naturally anxious, constantly wanted updates on the car. A young woman from the company always answered us despite our regular phone calls. She is super professional and understanding, so top-notch once again!!
We got the car back in perfect condition without any problems, so thank you again.
We will definitely go there again if we have any other problems in the future!
