I have been a Stellantis Group customer for over 50 years.
In my lifetime, I have purchased 84 cars, 79 of them new, and more than half were Citroëns, Peugeots, Fiats, or other brands within the group.
Suffice it to say, I know cars very well and have always been a loyal customer.
My experience at the Citroën dealership in La Chapelle-Saint-Luc was extremely disappointing.
My daughter dropped off her C3 PureTech for a timing belt issue.
Instead of taking the vehicle in while it was already there, a service employee told her to drive the car home and call roadside assistance.
A dangerous and illogical request that would have generated unnecessary expenses for the insurance company.
When we requested a loaner vehicle, we were met with a sarcastic remark along the lines of, "I'm not a fortune teller and can't predict breakdowns."
No concrete solutions were offered:
- no loaner vehicle,
- no free rental,
- no immediate inspection.
As a result, my daughter was left without a car for several days, unable to work, when all they had to do was check it right away to see that, according to them, "the timing belt was fine."
They only called her back on Thursday to tell her everything was normal, even though the car had been out of commission since Monday.
And despite this, they didn't forget to charge for the time spent "looking at" the timing belt... even though it's clearly visible simply by opening the oil filler cap.
It's incomprehensible and very disappointing.
However, I would like to emphasize that the service manager was very polite, calm, and professional. Thankfully he intervened, because his attitude was the complete opposite of that of the workshop employee, whose behavior was disastrous, unprofessional, and anti-business.
After more than 50 years of loyalty to the brand, I am deeply disappointed by this experience.
I absolutely do not recommend this dealership.
In my opinion, the person in question deserves to be fired without severance pay.
How sad!
For me, it's a 2 out of 20.

Excellent service.
A special mention for Kamel who, as usual (since this isn't the first time he's handled my vehicle inspections), managed my case with great professionalism and, above all, a smile.
I would also like to thank Christophe who provided transportation from the garage to my home.
I have been a loyal customer of the Citroën garage in La Chapelle Saint Luc for almost 20 years now, and this is largely due to the quality of the staff.

Achat d'une C5 air cross le 31/01/26,nous avons été très bien reçu par Nicolas Pereira. Accueil souriant qui prend le temps avec nous pour comprendre nos exigences .Il est de très bon conseil et beaucoup d'humour qui se perd aujourd'hui avec la mentalité actuelle. A l'heure à notre RDV ce vendredi 06/02 pour la livraison de notre véhicule. Il a pris le temps de tout nous expliqué car nous changions d'une boite manuelle à automatique .Très bon conseiller commercial dans l'âme. A recommander sans hésitation. Appointment today, Stéphane was there to greet me. He's a very kind and welcoming person who takes the time for the customer and has a great sense of humor! I have absolutely no complaints.
It was a real pleasure!
