Very disappointed with our experience with our Peugeot 308. We have a recurring engine fault related to AdBlue, which the garage has already cleared several times without repair. This time, they offered us a €125 diagnostic, which we accepted.
Result: we were quoted €1,700 for the repair, but after paying for the diagnostic, the engine fault is still present. Unlike previous times, they didn't even bother to remove it, claiming they "couldn't do it," even though they've always done it before.
We really feel like they did this on purpose, knowing that we have no choice but to accept the repair, since the car risks not starting after about 150 km.
On top of that, a very poor customer experience: when my daughter dropped the car off for the diagnostic, she waited a long time, and the staff made other customers who arrived after her go through. Even after realizing it, they didn't correct the situation, which shows a real lack of respect and consideration.
So we paid for nothing, with no improvement. Very regrettable from Peugeot service: lack of transparency, disappointing customer service, and the feeling of being trapped.
