This garage REFUSED to take my vehicle even though it was under AD warranty. Following a breakdown in 2024, the car was towed and then repaired at Garage du Tacot in Vierzon: replacement of all 4 injectors. The repair was covered under a 2-year AD warranty. However, it's impossible to claim on the warranty because garages in the area where the breakdown occurred REFUSE to take the vehicle in, despite the intervention of the network's customer service. AVOID this network!

Run away!!!!! We broke down 700km from home, so our car went to this garage for repairs.
They kept the car for over 2 months!
We were charged almost €600, only to find the windshield wipers no longer worked and the hood wouldn't open.
Verdict: When we arrived at our home, a REAL mechanic took care of our car. They forgot to reconnect the wiper motor and broke "a part that opened the hood." An extra €150 at our mechanic's, all their fault!
BRAVO to the Blois garage, you have to wonder if you're just apprentices 🤐

Very negative experience following a simple oil change. Online quote for €170 and final bill around €260.
In the end, the mechanic was more expensive than any other competitor. Very disappointed.

5/5: The garage was very attentive, the staff very welcoming, friendly, and reassuring. A little story: the day before leaving for vacation, I realized my vehicle inspection was overdue. I called the garage, and they gave me an emergency appointment within half an hour. The result: my rear tires were ruined. The garage changed both rear tires within half an hour, and I can now leave for vacation with peace of mind, knowing my vehicle inspection is up to date and I have new tires. Thank you a thousand times!

I went to this small garage for a problem with a faulty wing mirror. The mechanic checked the problem and fixed it in...30 seconds! And without me paying a cent! Just before, I had gone to my Peugeot dealership, also located on Rue Nationale (where I bought my car in 2020, by the way!), who wanted to replace the entire system because it's electric, and that would have cost me around €400!!! Unbelievable!
A sincere thank you to the mechanic at AD for his efficiency and honesty! 🙏🙏🙏 I highly recommend them!
