I absolutely do not recommend this garage, I came for an oil change quote because the service light appeared on my Citroen C3 bought 3 months ago second-hand and maintained by the manufacturer in another town, wanting to stay in the network, I went to this garage to get the price of the service with my registration document and possibly make an appointment, I work 1 minute walk from the garage so I went there just with the mileage, the photo of the service light and my registration document, and to my amazement the gentleman who greeted me told me we don't make a quote if we don't see the car, I don't understand, he told me again no car in front of me no quote, I asked them what would the visible car have changed? He would have opened the engine and checked the opacity of the oil to tell me if it is necessary to change it or not? I have the right to follow the manufacturer's recommendations after the maintenance light appears on my dashboard, but no, the gentleman doesn't hesitate, he tells me to come back with it or else you can go there, and well that's what I did, so the maintenance was done at Citroën Marseille with a better welcome and respect for the customer, so I strongly advise you against this garage, when you don't want to work, you change jobs.

A warm and friendly welcome from both the sales and administrative teams. They did their best to get me my vehicle ASAP. The technical explanations were clear and precise. This is my first Citroën.
Don't hesitate to go through the gate 😉

I'm giving them one star because the system allows it, but they don't even deserve that much, I'm so disgusted by the service. Wrong diagnosis, terrible repair, zero helpfulness. I'm running to another garage, even if it's not a Citroën dealership! I'll definitely get better service elsewhere. What a shame...

I agree with the lady who posted the review of the quote not given, I was given the same thing at this garage, I was supposed to buy a used DS3 (I ended up buying it) for which the distribution had to be done in 1000 km, the seller told me either I do it myself at my garage, preferring that the car is always followed at PSA, so I was able to negotiate with the seller that he removes the price of the distribution from the price, he told me to make a quote and we agree, well I never could because even with the registration document, the photos of the car, the fact that all its monitoring is visible digitally because it is maintained exclusively at PSA, they told me the same thing no car, no quote, so I played dumb I asked what are you going to check at the distribution level the gentleman at the counter, he stammered but did not know how to answer, I told him that's nice you really don't need money in this garage it's good to know, then I went to Peugeot La Valentine who gave me the quote the same day, who was able to find the digital tracking to check that everything was done correctly before, and I was able to buy the car after the seller and I found a waiting area, then Peugeot carried out the distribution without any problem for a cost of 853 euros anyway, but I say again I think that Viviani no longer needs money today so avoid disturbing him.

Run away... terrible welcome, poor expertise, overpriced invoices, and work without prior agreement for replacement of parts already replaced within the year. Be careful, if you are not an expert, you will be ripped off. Ladies in particular, in my opinion.
