We dropped off our car Monday morning after a brake pad warning light came on, even though it had just been serviced. The owner was very welcoming, attentive, and kind.
They offered us an appointment for the very next day at 2 pm to check it out, and we picked up the car on Wednesday: the brake pads had been replaced, and everything was perfect. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. The price was reasonable.
A big thank you to the whole team: we highly recommend them.

After my wheel alignment arm broke on a turn, my Toyota RAV4 was taken in directly by Garage du Rocher (in fact, it was the only garage willing to take it in at the end of August 2025). The staff managed to get the part and repair it during the week I was on vacation so I could get home. The quote was more than reasonable, whereas others would have charged me an arm and a leg since I was on holiday. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them for the welcome, the kindness of all the staff, and the repairs they did. Thank you again for everything!

My BMW was low on coolant, so I called this garage while I was on vacation in La Clusaz!
The mechanic said, "Yes, that's all good, I have coolant for your BMW." I thought, "Great!"
I looked at the container and saw that this coolant wasn't compatible. I checked with chatgpt, which confirmed that I shouldn't use pink G30 coolant. I called BMW, and they advised against it too, warning me that it could damage the engine. I contacted another garage, and they told me that for BMWs, it's yellow (universal) or a blue-green, but definitely not pink…
So, I paid over €20 for a container of coolant that I won't even use.
Very disappointed.

Very satisfied with the roadside assistance for a flat tire in the dreaded Salon des Dames parking lot. Fast service, reasonable prices, and a very warm welcome!

Avoid at all costs! Following an accident, the car was out of commission for four months. The repair bill was higher than the expert's estimate, and the mechanic claimed this was normal and would be rectified later. Obviously, this wasn't the case.
Furthermore, the repairs, which were very poorly done (new fenders that didn't fit properly, no decorative trim, paint runs, rims splattered with paint, etc.), had to be redone by the garage that bought the car (resulting in a loss of value).
He really took advantage of the fact that we live 800 km from La Clusaz to do whatever he wanted.
