Appalling service at Renault La Destrousse.
Absolutely no welcome: over 15 minutes of waiting in complete indifference. When someone finally deigned to come over, they spoke to me condescendingly, without any respect. One employee even adopted a haughty tone and looked at me as if I were stupid, because, I repeat, there was no one there and I was sitting patiently waiting for someone.
Such a lack of professionalism and consideration for customers is shameful. I strongly advise against this establishment.

The garage was marked as open, and since my car broke down, my insurance company booked a rental car there. I asked someone for a ride, but when I arrived, it was closed, with just a note indicating an exceptional closure 10 days prior. I couldn't reach them by phone... a little more communication wouldn't hurt.

I made an appointment for a diagnostic check, but they didn't find the problem, even though I explained that the warning lights come on randomly. They didn't even test drive the vehicle to further diagnose the issue. I was charged 75 euros with no solution. I left and called them back a week later because the lights had come on again. No appointment available for three weeks... I'm going elsewhere: the warning light issue had been recorded and archived... Thank you for your utter incompetence!
What's more, my vehicle also had a manufacturer's recall that they didn't even bother to mention. My advice: AVOID THIS GARAGE!!!

A very brief experience indeed!
We called the day before to come and see a car, so the sales staff were aware of our arrival...
Upon arrival, the car was dirty, making it impossible to see any bodywork defects. The young woman didn't have the keys, so we couldn't see the interior, and in any case, we couldn't test drive the vehicle (even if we had the keys). How can anyone buy a car under these conditions?
A wasted trip from Marseille... In short, I've never seen anything like it. Apparently, some Renault dealerships don't want to sell cars... Avoid at all costs!
