We are very fortunate to live close to a gem of a garage: Garage Geffroy Gacilly. Our car has been into this garage for both small and large repairs and each time we have been amazed by their swift and competent workmanship. We have been delighted with the exceptional and friendly service that we have received. We have no hesitation in recommending the boss, Patrick and his fantastic team.

We came to have our battery checked, which turned out to need replacing. The replacement was done quickly and efficiently, which we appreciate. However, when we asked for the price, we were simply told that it depended on the model. In the end, the price was only communicated to us at the time of payment, once the new battery was already installed.
It would have been more reassuring to have had an estimate before the work, so we could validate it with complete transparency. This is a small point for improvement, because otherwise the service was professional.

I wanted to thank the entire team for their help.
Friday, August 22, 2025, after changing a wheel, a second one burst. We were 1 km from the garage. They called us at 1 p.m., ordered two tires and fitted them at 4:30 p.m., and even provided a vehicle to help us bring the wheels in.
Real service, a real garage, despite the work they had underway.

It's been almost six months since I left my car there.
Six months of paying insurance for nothing.
It's not my main problem, but if they can't fix it, they should have told me.
Six months of calling them for updates. Six months of them telling me they'll call back or email me to let me know what's going on.
After six months, I had no choice but to say goodbye to the Clio, which apparently can no longer be repaired.
After all that, I still have to call them, speak to a very rude receptionist, and remind them to give me a quote for their work.
If the garage owner is reading this, please, Mr. Geffroy, I just want to end this awful experience and stop paying for the car insurance.
