Really professional garage. We came in unannounced with car trouble, scheduled to drive back home the next day. I was quite nervous, but they took the time to listen to my story and even scheduled a same-day check.
Aline, who helped me, was extremely professional and patient with my broken French, doing everything she could to assist.
Fortunately, there was no serious issue with the car, but I was incredibly grateful to have real professionals take a look at my Mercedes before driving 1,200 km back home, with a pregnant wife on board!

I was on vacation in this region and had a problem with the Jeep. Went this garage so at least they have a look maybe it is a small problem but they are so busy they could not spare 15 minutes. Went to a small Bosch garage eventually and it proved to be a 15 min job. Shame on them as Jeep representative treating a tourist that asks for help. Not to mention the personal including the big boss only speaks French.

Conclusion is at the bottom if you think it is too long.
Very bad service.
Takes very long to repair car
They replace things that dont have to be replaced
We had a problem with the gearbox, we came there around 11:30. After a talk they said they could help us on monday. We asked if it was possible to do it now, if they couldnt just look at it for 10 minutes but they refused.
Then they closed at 12 till 2 and we had to wait. After 2 we went to them again and wanted to say it was okey. But then they said they couldnt help us.
After that we called ANWB, its a dutch conpany that helps cars that are broken on the highway. Then ANWB called omnium garage and omnium said they could help on on thursday. We accepted it and we went back to our vacation home.
Then on thursday they called and they said they would send an e-mail, we never received an e-mail. We called anwb and omnium send them an e-mail instead of us. In the e-mail was a list of things they replaced and on the list was also bougies, they have nothing to do with the gearbox and wherent the assignment. So they had no right to replace them. They nexy day, a week later we could finaly pick our car up.
CONCLUSION:
Time that us took was 1 week! Way to long, if they just looked what the problem was they could have orderd the parts and it would take 3 days less. We had to book a hotel for a week longer.
Replacing parts that are no part of the problem shouldnt be done, it wasnt part of the assignment.
