I had a problem with my VW California and got an appointment with the garage directly. Laetitia and Barbara who were responsible for managing the affairs were very attentive, helpful, trustworthy, reliable, friendly and charming. We managed to solve the problems in English, German and French. Very recommendable.

After our transporter van was broken into in Toulon and the side sliding door window smashed, we were recommended to go to this garage (June 2022). Despite having to abandon our holiday plans and onward travel to Mallorca, the team tried extremely hard in trying to turn things around for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make the timings work because the part was bespoke - coming from Romania - and would take 3 days for delivery and a day to fit, which then wouldn’t coincide with ferry crossing times etc.
A special mention to the blonde lady on the main desk (and huge thanks for her translating!) plus the gentlemen managing the service team (he had cool clip together glasses and rides a motorbike) - both demonstrated 5 ⭐️ customer care skills. A real credit to the business. Thank you again.

I wasn’t expecting our Infotainment system on our 1 year old Golf to completely fail on the last 200km of our 1000km drive from England for our holiday but that’s exactly what happened
I found it was still under warranty by phoning the UK, then found VW Foch at Toulon La Garde and arranged a diagnostic assessment….and i can’t talk highly enough of the service we received.
I want to mention three individuals.
Barbara organised the rental replacement car so smoothly and professionally,
Maude handled the handover of the car with professionalism and efficiency despite our minimal understanding of each others language.
But, a special thank you to Coralie who dealt with me from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she ensured all my worries and concerns were alleviated and was the glue between all the departments
She was professional, calm and helpful throughout . I would go as far as calling her a true angel and she is such an asset to VW….they are lucky to have her as one of their employees.
A big thank you in making a potentially stressful situation much calmer

We were gast in France for holiday and had trouble because we had not working lights. A very arrogant man in business suit refused to slow down French. He ignored also our VW mobility service ,neither tried to find a helpfully solution. (Ordering the part would take 4-7 days) And second hand parts was no option he said! Well we find a very good working second hand part in la Valerie du Var, lmpasse Pierre Flory.
