We bought a Volkswagen e-Up that we found in one of their ads on Le Bon Coin (a French classifieds website). I reserved the vehicle remotely with the owner over the phone. Excellent communication, responsive and professional. The same goes for the staff who greeted us on the day of delivery. They were very professional, attentive, and offered excellent advice (plus they were all smiles! 👍🏻). We drove 2 hours and 150 km for this purchase. The vehicle was in perfect condition, exactly as described in the ad. I highly recommend them. As an added bonus, the owner contacted us a few days after the purchase to ask about our feedback and satisfaction with the vehicle. 👍🏻 A very positive experience.

Nine months ago, we had a problem with our Renault Scénic on June 6, 2023, when we were leaving for a business trip. To make a long story short, after an inspection by a garage, our insurance company's expert, and a Renault expert, it was determined that our engine had a blown head gasket. Therefore, the engine and turbocharger were replaced. The vehicle was repaired at the Renault garage in Saint-Thibault, La Loupe. We picked it up on December 16, 2023, with Renault covering 70% of the €12,000 bill. Véro drove the car home, and upon arriving, she was surprised to find an open container in the trunk containing 5 liters of the old engine oil (at €12,000, they didn't even bother to vacuum it up). On February 2, 2024, the vehicle broke down and wouldn't restart, so it went back to the Renault garage in La Loupe. There, after a week, they told me it was the ECU. The price... 1450 euros… luckily, the Renault expert, a truly professional man, offered to cover the cost of the part and the installation. At the end of February, I went to see them and told them we absolutely needed a vehicle because we hadn't been offered one since the beginning. "No problem, Mr. Quoniam, by Friday you'll have either your car or a loaner." On March 1st, I called them and asked what time I should come to pick it up, and the technician told me that it wasn't the ECU after all… I told him okay, but I'd come to get a car. "Oh no, sir, we don't have a car," which greatly annoyed me, and I told him, "I'm coming." Upon arrival, the dealership manager told me not to worry, they were lending me my workshop foreman's car. They lent us a DS7 for an indefinite period and went to order a new part, the UPC. After a week, Alex said to me, "Dad, did you see that the vehicle inspection is no longer valid and the front tires are shot?"... At the end of March, they called me to say it was finally ready. I picked up our car, and after 30 km, the problems started to reappear. I immediately went back to the garage. They were completely bewildered; the technician didn't even dare leave the workshop. I left with the DS7, having notified the Renault expert, who told me to contact my legal protection insurance... faced with such incompetence. The end result: I got the vehicle back at the beginning of April. When we went there, I absolutely insisted on speaking with the manager and asking him, "What kind of compensation are we getting?" To which he replied, "But sir, everything is brand new, you've made a profit!"... How can you say that to customers who have only used their vehicle for one month in the last nine months? We told him it's unsellable, that people will be wary of it. He replied, "No, on the contrary." So Véro told him, "Make us an offer." He was supposed to call us back two weeks ago, but strangely enough, he must have lost his signal. This garage is definitely not recommended; you can't fault them for seeming friendly. When he told us, "But now it's spotless, plus I even took it for a test drive," we got out so he could take photos for a possible trade-in, and then he asked us, "What color is it again?" What an exceptional person! If he were so sure our vehicle was safe, he would have bought it, especially since he's increased his garage's revenue by €14,500 in just two months from our vehicle alone. So, my friends in the Eure-et-Loir region, if you could spread the word to prevent others from being ripped off by this garage... Thanks everyone!

I recently purchased a vehicle from them and I'm sharing my experience with this transaction. It's not the first time I've bought a vehicle from a Renault Peugeot Citroën dealership, but this time they didn't even check the bulbs (two were out), the license plate wasn't even changed to the correct department, the vehicle wasn't even thoroughly cleaned (I found a packet of tissues), and I received the vehicle with the fuel tank nearly empty, not even a minimum amount of gas, and no floor mats either. I do not recommend them.
