Following a collision with a wild boar before the holidays.
Very professional garage.
I'm insured with Crédit Mutuel Assurances, and they hadn't listed this garage as an approved repair shop.
The team waited until I received reimbursement from the insurance company before cashing my check, and they even reimbursed my deductible.
Top-notch! The bodywork repair was incredibly fast, and the workmanship was top-notch, just like at Mercedes.

Avoid this garage at all costs! We came in for bodywork repairs, but had to refuse delivery of the vehicle twice because they didn't check their work and left paint drips everywhere. In the end, we got the car back with a dead battery, even though it was brand new, and the car's electronics only partially functioning.
Of course, all this without any compensation whatsoever.

Up until now, everything was perfect! I was very happy with their professionalism. However, last time I had a slight disappointment. Despite getting another quote from a different garage for €100 less, I decided to go to Garage de la Marne because I had been very satisfied there for the past four years. But then, while my car was being repaired, I received a call from the receptionist. Due to an error on their part, I had to pay an additional €100. The quote hadn't been honored. I could have refused, but the repair wouldn't have been done! For me, as a loyal customer, the best thing would have been to say nothing, or at least to honor the quote. Next time, I'll go to the cheapest option because I didn't just lose €100, I ended up paying €200.

Following an incident involving our vehicle (a door needed replacing, bodywork, paintwork, etc.), our car was taken care of by this garage. The service was very fast and very professional. We received our impeccable C4 back, very satisfied with the result, in just a few days. Considering the work that had to be done and seeing the results, we can only be satisfied with this quality work. We highly recommend this garage. Thank you.
