Arpajon driving school, we have been working with this dealership for almost 6 years. It's time to give our opinion on the professional relationship that binds us. Beyond the Renault brand for which I have a certain affection since I started driving, nothing is more pleasant than working with them. Whether in terms of reception, the sales team, the technicians, not to mention the management, we are always well received and fully satisfied with the interventions. Whether planned or urgent, absolutely nothing to complain about, the responsiveness and the quality are always there. No, really I can't find any negatives to add, you can trust them. Pros like I prefer them.

For several years I've been satisfied with this garage, both for the professionalism of the service and the expertise of the technicians.
However, it's always frustrating to drop off a Mégane E-Tech under a maintenance contract and leave in a 20-year-old Modus or Clio, not to mention having to pay for the fuel. At other garages, I consistently leave with a brand-new electric Twingo, a Spring, or a Clio 5.

I have never seen a garage so hungry for money, I wanted to do a small service because my vehicle only has 30,000 km. It clearly cost me an arm and a leg, I strongly advise against it for your wallet, They will do everything to inflate the estimate like changing windshield wipers which were new for a modest sum of 87 bucks

I was familiar with their Limours branch and had been a customer there for many years, owning a Renault Arkana and a Renault Clio. I was always satisfied with the service. So I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that they also had a dealership in Égly.
I brought my Arkana in today because of some noises that were difficult to identify. The workshop manager, Pinto, was able to perfectly find and fix the noises, and even some that I hadn't even mentioned before.
I therefore recommend this dealership and will gladly return.

Having come to the dealership to look into replacing our vehicle, we were quickly taken care of by the owner! He was very pleasant and took the time to show us and let us test drive several different models! Pressed for time, we were contacted by Anthony, who was very responsive during our conversation and truly listened to our needs! Finally, one month later, we received our Symbioz in the Esprit Alpine trim. Thanks again to Anthony for his professionalism and responsiveness. We will be making all our future business and personal purchases at Renault Arpajonnais ;)
