Avoid!!!! Unpleasant person! Visit to the Yvelines area. We noticed that one of our tires was flat and stopped at this garage to politely ask the woman at the garage for help reinflating our flat tire. She informed us that she had no way of inflating tires (which is strange coming from a garage). She then advised us to consult our usual mechanic. However, when we told her that we weren't local and needed her help, she didn't hesitate to point out that we weren't their customers and pointed out that we were intruding. In the end, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We went to a garage a little further away (Norauto), where we were greeted by very friendly young mechanics. They immediately noticed our tires and, without hesitation, inflated them for us. Sometimes young people are kinder than our elders.

Unpleasant, rude person! Clearly avoid, I stopped because I had a pressure problem on my right front wheel, they clearly sent me packing! They told me we don't do that, don't reinflate a user's tire for their safety, for a garage it's a bit borderline! Plus I was of course going to give them something for the gesture!

⚠️ ABSOLUTELY AVOID ⚠️ I called to schedule an appointment for a service on my vehicle and took the opportunity to ask the price of the service. As soon as I finished my question, the woman explained that she doesn't give prices over the phone and immediately hung up on me! No consideration and a huge lack of respect! When I see the various reviews, I understand better why this garage has such a low rating!

After booking an appointment online for my car's service, I went to the garage on the day of the appointment. Upon arrival, the lady at the reception desk asked me what I was doing there and what I wanted. I told her I had an appointment for my car's service, and she told me she'd sent me an email to let me know the appointment was canceled because they didn't have anyone available to do the service, as that person was on vacation. But I didn't receive an email, not even in my spam folder. I checked after she told me, but no, I really didn't receive any emails. My word seemed to be questioned by her and the mechanic. But no, I wouldn't have gone to the garage and driven 20 minutes if I had known the appointment was canceled. In short, avoid this garage.

Wanting to work for the local community, I'm sent back to my 22 and told they won't take my vehicle. I'm looking for an explanation, and it's supposedly Peugeot's fault—the height of irony. I'll spare you the aggressive welcome at the entrance, the criticism of non-family garages, the rental companies' payment delays (how am I, a simple customer, responsible for that?)... By trying to employ people in my community, I find myself facing an aggressive wall with a deplorable sales attitude. It may have happened once, but this is the third time in two years, so I'll take my two vehicles to these famous "big garages."
