The manager was insulting and threatening (he even raised his hand and got close to my face) because he wouldn't accept a single remark that I couldn't stay until 2 or 3 pm (like him, I have a job). My appointment was at 11 am, and he hadn't received my tires (the appointment was made several weeks ago) without informing me (despite four calls from me that morning to confirm the appointment! Of course, no one answered). He then curtly told me, "We haven't received your tires, your car won't be ready at noon..." So what? The gentleman continued heading towards the workshop, leaving me standing there like an idiot without saying anything more... and after my only comment that I couldn't wait until 3:00 PM (which takes 1 hour for fitting and is closed from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, so at best, if the tires arrive before 12:00 PM, I can leave at 2:30/3:00 PM) - the gentleman flew into a rage, yelling and shouting! Fantastic! ...I admit I immediately adopted the same stance and tone as the gentleman, not understanding or accepting this level of aggression when the fault lay with him. If he had answered my four calls that morning at different times, I wouldn't have had to drive two hours round trip only to leave without my snow tires. I never write comments, but finding myself in the snow tonight, risking an accident and a fine, I only have two words: THANK YOU, SIR! Make up your own mind; I wish to stick to the facts. Sincerely. PS: This is my wife's Gmail account; my appointment was last week.
