I came in July for a service, and they told me it wasn't possible to remove the service light. So I came back a week later, and the mechanic, who was in his forties, assured me there was nothing he could do using his computer, which he had connected to my vehicle. So he suggested I drive with the light on or get a diagnostic check, which, of course, costs money!
Today I went to an independent garage, and the young apprentice removed the light in a few minutes using just the buttons inside the vehicle.
I think offering a paid diagnostic check when it can be done quickly and for free is not very fair, considering the hefty bill I paid.
Perhaps I should review the skills of your employees.
I'll pass next time.

It's a shame that the fault diagnosis was limited to a standard replacement, while the fault persists afterward.
I would recommend seeking advice from another garage that performed a complete diagnosis and identified the starting fault.

We booked an appointment for our vehicle's service after receiving a letter with a €99 offer. We followed the instructions on the document and presented it when we dropped off the vehicle. Surprisingly, when we picked it up the next day, the bill was MUCH higher—around €200. As if by chance, they had forgotten the document, so they had used more expensive products. Fortunately, a "discount" was given, but I find this unacceptable! The price should have been the one indicated on the document; the mistake was yours, not ours! It's shameful, and we won't be returning.

We purchased a vehicle from this establishment, and I highly recommend it. We came from Paris to pick up the vehicle, and everything was perfect. Mr. Piermant even came to pick us up at the train station.

This morning, a problem with a deflating tire, a phone call to the garage to request an express repair. (Although not being a customer). Affirmative response from the garage. Very warm welcome from the secretary, very warm welcome also from the mechanic in charge of the repair. Efficiency, efficiency on the repair, nothing to do with the previous owner who was a garage to avoid!!! I highly recommend this garage for its welcome and its seriousness. Price quite clear: A fixed price of €39
