I went to six other places before and no one could help. Only Volkswagen could fix my wheel. It even didn't cost much money.

Helpful, professional and friendly. As others have said they are expensive but I think you get what you pay for and for me its the peace of mind that they actually know everything there is know about my vehicle, unlike some other garages who don't have so much direct experience with the California.

Arriving in France from the Netherlands, we noticed that the coolant level was low and wanted to fill it up just to be sure. Upon arrival a friendly man helped us in his best English and also checked the tires and topped up the windshield fluid. Totally top!

I recently bought a vw Polo from CAR ChateauBernard. It was a very good experience, knowledgeable staff, patient ki d and helpful. I thoroughly recommend the staff and of course my new car.

We had problems with warning lights (again!) on our VW camper and took it here on the off-chance. Letitia in the service department could not have been more helpful. Although they were clearly very busy so could not fix the problem immediately they assured us that the fault (VW's ongoing EGR valve fault, yet again) would not prevent us getting home safely to the UK. Without Letitia's kindness and helpful explanations our holiday could have been ruined.
