We showed up without an appointment because our AdBlue sensor was sending false signals to the onboard computer, which could have caused the car to stop after a few hundred kilometers.
The staff was very friendly and resolved the issue within half an hour. We truly appreciate the great service as we could continue our travels without further delays!

While we were on holiday in Biscarrosse Plage, the cooling pipe of our VW Passat broke, causing us to lose fluid.
Without an appointment, I showed up at the VW DBF La Teste de Buch dealership. From the very first moment, the team was eager to help, despite my very limited French. Within just two days, they had replaced the damaged pipes and we were able to continue our journey home.
I truly appreciated their empathy and the sense of urgency they showed in helping us. I highly recommend their service!

We were travelling through the area and had a problem with our car. They were so friendly to help us very fast and unbureaucraticly so we could continue our road trip the same day. Thank you very much!

Friendly staff. They really tried to help. They were quite busy and accepted to borrow us tools to fix our van ourselves. Also gave us tips on where to find car parts around and generally just tried to help out despite being super busy.

We went there to get a specific problem fixed and they told us they would do it. When we came back to get the car, they had fixed something else that we didn’t ask for and made us pay for it anyways. They gave us a little discount after a long discussion but it still isn’t fair :/
