I had a very positive experience buying my car at the Peugeot dealership. The manager was exceptionally professional, attentive, and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. Broken down near Lyon, more than 3 hours from home… the only garage that, despite being fully booked (like all the other Peugeot dealerships in the area), agreed to take my car in.
They then diagnosed two malfunctions, one of which should have been checked by my own Peugeot garage during my recent service.
In short: a conscientious garage, understanding of the constraints faced by customers they know won't be returning because they don't live nearby…😭
My only regret: that it's not my usual garage!
