AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I initially entrusted my vehicle to this Citroën garage solely for the installation of a central locking key.
This service was performed, but upon returning the vehicle, the trunk no longer opened, even though it had worked perfectly before the service.
It was at this point that the garage decided to keep the vehicle to identify the source of the problem. I was told it would be out of commission for approximately one week. The vehicle ultimately remained there for nearly three weeks, without any proactive communication. I had to follow up numerous times, receiving only the response "we'll call you back," and was never contacted again.
At the end of these three weeks:
• The trunk malfunction is disputed and presented as unrelated to their work.
• I was given an extremely high estimate for repairs concerning a problem that appeared immediately after their intervention.
• Several additional damages were observed, which were not present before the vehicle was dropped off:
• The central drawer no longer opens properly and extends abnormally.
• A headrest is damaged.
• The driver's seatbelt no longer detects when it is fastened, which constitutes a serious safety defect.
I would like to remind you that an automotive professional is obligated to return the vehicle in good working order, as well as to ensure the safety of components related to occupant protection. A malfunction appearing immediately after any work is carried out makes the garage liable, especially when it concerns a locking or safety mechanism.
The facts are documented and may be brought to the attention of the manufacturer, the relevant mediator, and, if necessary, lead to legal action.
This experience is unacceptable for an official Citroën garage.
I got my vehicle back with more problems than when I got it, with no acknowledgment of responsibility and a complete loss of trust.
I strongly advise against using this dealership.

I entrusted my car to the garage for a rear bumper and trunk replacement, a new reversing radar system, etc., after an inspection. The parts were ordered quickly, received without delay, and within a week, the car was returned to me looking brand new. Clean, immaculate, nothing to complain about.
I want to commend the bodywork team, because it can't be said enough: when a job is done well, it deserves recognition. They were responsive, thorough, and professional.
And I especially want to thank Mr. Franck, who handled my case with rigor and efficiency.
In a world where quality is disappearing, here, it's still found.
I recommend this garage without the slightest hesitation.

Thank you for selling my sweetheart a C3 Purtec in November 2021.
Even though you knew this engine had known defects, you refused to do anything about after-sales service.
Thank you Citroën, a brand and a dealership to avoid, and Stellantis prioritizes profit over quality.
You're still burying your head in the sand.
I hope my post will help people who are thinking of buying; I advise against it.
It's strange, the more reviews I read, the more I see that it's always the customer who's wrong, never the dealership.
