AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I want to amend my review. The owner was very pleasant when selling his vehicle and even encouraged us to leave a positive review immediately upon receiving it.
We did receive the vehicle, but it had problems with the window control buttons and the reversing camera.
The owner promised to take care of it. We bought the vehicle on December 6th, and the problem is still not resolved. He never returns calls when we leave messages.
The after-sales service is simply nonexistent. Buying from a private seller or from this garage makes no difference in terms of warranties.
I do not recommend them at all.

Vehicle purchased in November 2025, delivered without the wheel locks or the tire repair kit, both of which are mandatory.
For over two months, and despite numerous exchanges with Valentin and the manager, no concrete solution has been found. Promises of a recall are never kept.
Inefficient and unprofessional after-sales service. I do not recommend them.

Avoid at all costs! I ignored the negative reviews and I should have!
We bought a vehicle on December 6th and discovered that the electric window controls weren't working.
After driving three hours back, we didn't want to leave without the vehicle, and the manager promised to order the parts.
Since then, we've made calls and sent emails, but we've never heard back, and on top of that, they're just stringing us along with ridiculous excuses.
So, they're very good at selling vehicles, but that's where their expertise ends! Their after-sales service is nonexistent. If you're hesitating between buying from a private seller and this garage, the warranty and after-sales service are the same!

I came all the way from Spain because of the trust this workshop has always instilled in me. The sales staff were excellent in helping me choose my vehicle, and the bodywork and mechanical team always found the best solution with complete professionalism for every little problem. Furthermore, the friendliness and kindness of the reception staff made the experience absolutely perfect.
I even saw them repair a car with hail damage, and it looked brand new.

I bought a Mini for €25,000 and was very disappointed upon delivery: the locking wheel nut and tire repair kit were missing. The owner promised to send them, but after more than 15 exchanges, he never kept his word. Once they've taken your money, you disappear. Appalling customer service. Be extremely vigilant when inspecting the vehicle and documents at this garage!
