Vehicle broke down with injector fault. We were towed to a different garage but they couldn't help for over a week so we chose this Peugeot main dealer to assist. A diagnostic was carried out and this is when they started to add on the work required. All I needed was the injectors changed but they insisted on changing front tyres, brake discs and pads. Then without permission they carried out a full service which included fluids and filters etc. Went to collect the car after 3 days and got hit with a 4500€ bill! Add this to the accommodation, taxis, towing charges we must have spent over £5000 just trying to get to Spain from the UK.
Whilst the garage did do the work to a good standard, we feel that they took advantage of us as travellers, much of the dialogue lost in translation. I did complain by email to them but had no response. If you must use this garage, make sure you know what you are paying for!

I arrived by chance after my car broke down on the motorway. Thank you for your warm welcome, your help, and your excellent advice. I wouldn't hesitate to drive a bit further to leave my car with you again if needed. Thanks again! :) I highly recommend you!

This garage agreed to repair my car quickly when I broke down 800km from home. They provided excellent service. They listened to my needs, gave me advice, and did a superb job. I thank the manager.
