Tire damaged after driving down the sidewalk to make way for a beet truck in the city center. Vehicle dropped off at this garage, the closest to the incident, on Tuesday before 12 p.m. The delivery time was announced as 1 day. Nothing happened on Thursday (no delivery, tire not available). Called the dealership of the vehicle brand 17 km away. Tires available in pairs! I went to get the tires, brought them back for fitting (no one was available for this procedure!), and the vehicle was picked up 1.5 hours later. The next day on the highway, the electronic tire system was faulty: 1 tire inflated to 2.3, the other to 2.5 instead of 2.7 as indicated on the driver's door label. I therefore won't thank this garage for the service provided!
When I read your astonishing response: I myself looked for the tires that you couldn't find! You didn't have the staff to go to Thimory to get these tires, so I arranged to find a vehicle and go get them to bring them back to you! You are under-inflating this equipment to different values, which is causing the electronic system to malfunction. I had to stop to perform the diagnosis, set the correct inflation pressure as recommended and mentioned, and perform a test check to continue my journey. Does this not concern you? Obviously not! Go for 5 stars for your self-satisfaction and for agreeing to park my vehicle for 2 1/2 days without being able to provide me with a solution. Does this suit you?

Attentive and efficient garage, even in emergencies without an appointment. I lost my engine casing in front of their house on July 11th. They reported a problem with my front axle, with wear on the cords of my two inner front tires. They saved my life... I'm in dispute with the seller's garage. They're there to advise me.

As mentioned previously, there are wear parts that need replacing! Not everyone has a mechanic's license! Thanks to ASJ for their unwavering professionalism, given the elements discovered during the lift, and for being able to plan and budget for future work.

Came for a flat tire on my Megane E Tech and came without an appointment, they took my car without any problem and did everything to repair the wheel for 25€, very professional, I recommend and I will come back if I have a problem 👍
