I had a battery management unit replaced, I was charged 3 hours and 15 minutes of labor, amounting to €186.77, whereas Citroën requires 1 hour and 10 minutes for this operation (10 screws with a 10mm wrench to loosen and tighten). I have filed a complaint with the DGCCRF for this theft of 2 hours of unjustified labor.
