I received a very poor welcome at this garage; the person refused to give me prices for the vehicles or to call the salesperson. If you're looking to buy a vehicle, steer clear.

Honestly, it's a disgrace. I called the Peugeot garage for a simple question about an automatic transmission fluid change, and I got someone who was as unpleasant as she was incompetent. She had absolutely no desire to help, her tone was curt, and she seemed almost annoyed that I dared to ask questions. When you work in customer service, a minimum of courtesy and professionalism wouldn't hurt. If the reception on the phone is this bad, I can't even imagine what it's like in person. Avoid this place; there are much more respectful garages elsewhere.

Needed a spare part that can only be purchased from Peugeot. Greeted by a friendly lady who directed me to her technician who was able to order my part and receive it within 24 hours. Very satisfied with the welcome and the service.

I'll just post the facts:
- I dropped off the vehicle in the morning for an air conditioning problem.
- I asked if it was possible to also have an oil change and filter done, with a quote first.
- I was told the quote would be sent by text message.
- No response by noon…
- I received a call at 4:11 PM because I hadn't yet replied to the 3:59 PM text message (sorry, I'm working).
- I said no because I think an oil change and filter for 200 Euros is too expensive.
- Too late, the car was already on the lift and being serviced!
After checking, the average price in the department for an oil change and filter for this vehicle is 136 Euros (119 Euros minimum). No need to hide behind Peugeot checks I didn't request (my vehicle just passed its MOT, I know how to check the windshield wipers myself).
Conclusion: I was held hostage, exorbitant prices (not a single apology was offered).

Avoid Lionel Garage and dealerships at all costs!!! I bought my car from them in October, and less than a month later, I had problems. Now there are even more issues with a vehicle inspection that shouldn't even have passed the sale. But, as they say, business deals always work things out. An official document supposedly sent by mail was never received, and they couldn't even get a copy. The secretary tells you that the gentleman is doing everything he can... Even colleagues have to work things out, right? 😂 You think you'll be safe and secure buying a car from a "garage" dealer, but it's quite the opposite. Next time, I'll read the reviews that seriously question their professionalism. I'll find another line of work.
