Appalling, sent back to them by the insurer. A week later they did nothing, claiming they didn't have the keys to the vehicle (which they had actually left in the car... no comment). Three weeks later, they finally replaced an ignition switch that didn't need replacing. The vehicle still doesn't work. These are amateurs at the garage, completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and unserious. Amateurism at its finest. If you need nothing, feel free to call them. My next step will be getting a lawyer.

I've been a customer of this garage for several years, no problems, good reception, fair prices, friendly and attentive staff, don't push you to consume, on the contrary, they look for solutions to limit the cost of repairs.
I recommend it to my acquaintances.

It's not a perfect garage. The office is very dirty.
I took my car in for a service
and I have a water leak inside my car, so they repaired the block in the windshield.
When they repaired my car, they broke my windshield. When I asked them, they refused.
And they didn't answer clearly.
I asked them to check the video. They said they don't post the video, but I checked that they had posted it.
You can see how they deceive people.

GARAGE TO AVOID! I am insured and following an act of vandalism my insurance company sent my vehicle to them. For 1 month, they did absolutely nothing. The first step was to take photos to send to the expert and request his visit. They never took these photos. In conclusion, the vehicle remained in their garage for 1 month on display. This is unacceptable. Despite my reminders, they always said that they had a technical problem and that the photos would be taken in the evening, which was never the case. I have never seen such an incompetent garage; I better understand all the other negative reviews. They should close, because they are of no use. I had to fight with my insurance company to get them to remove my vehicle from there by harassing them every day. Fortunately, after choosing another garage, my vehicle was repaired in 1 week. I lost 1 month of my life because of them and paid 1 month of insurance for nothing. And what's more, there are no loaner vehicles, of course. Absolutely to be avoided.
