Great and reliable garage. Excellent diagnosis and repair work.
I'd been having problems with my Ducato van and had taken it to the dealership and to my local garage. Neither could find the cause of the problem. Mr Marsal located the problem within moments and fixed it in within 24 hours.

I took my car in for a tire change. They didn't notice that the rear tires were wider and fitted the wide tires on the left and the narrow ones on the right. I didn't realize this until I got home, so I went straight back to them for the repair. However, when I got home, I noticed the wing mirror was hanging oddly, and when I looked at it, it looked like someone had tried to fix it with white glue. I went back the next day, but the mechanic declined all responsibility and offered to fix it. They then pretended for weeks that they couldn't find the replacement parts, even though I pointed them out.
In short, a horrible experience! I won't be going back.

They literally hung up on me...very unfriendly and disrespectful of customers...I'll go elsewhere, there are plenty of garages to choose from

I went in this morning for an appointment to have the airbag replaced on my C3, having already provided the order code.
I was greeted by a furious woman who refused my request, claiming she wasn't a customer.
After calling the call center, I learned I had been removed from the list without being informed.
Question: What do Citroën owners in Lamalou do if they have a problem with their vehicle? They aren't customers either, as far as I know.
This garage is strongly discouraged. It deserves zero stars.
