No complaints about the team at the Landerneau garage itself.
However, the salesperson managing sales at this Citroën dealership and several others in the Brest area is dishonest, doesn't keep his word during negotiations, and takes advantage of some customers' gullibility to rip them off at the last minute. Out of respect, I won't mention his name, but I'm itching to. He has no courtesy to reply to messages when he's "in trouble," and is dishonest at the last minute.
I wouldn't want to be like that. Shameful and disrespectful.

Simply outrageous!!! I called at the beginning of August regarding an electronics issue with my car, and they gave me an appointment in September. I went to the appointment today, and the garage receptionist casually told me, "No, we won't be taking your car after all, we have too much work to do. Try another garage."
Do you think anyone would have bothered to inform me of the change in advance, allowing me to make other arrangements and avoid traveling? Of course not!

Not recommended! After a problem with the power window on my Berlingo, my usual garage told me they couldn't get the control unit. I went to this Citroën garage thinking I just needed to have the part replaced. This garage charged me a new quote (€155.10)!!!
And told me the part wasn't available and I had to wait. A year later, still no news. .... Beware.

!! RUN AWAY!!
Quote of over €1,000 for an injector replacement, which after checking at another garage was just an injector seal!
€800 saved by going elsewhere!
When I got my vehicle back after the troubleshooting, they didn't even bother to reassemble what they had removed, including the ABS!!! (I paid about €50 for the troubleshooting).
Attached are photos of the parts found in the back of my vehicle and the disconnected ABS returned by the garage!
When I spoke to Mr. Respriget on the phone to explain the problem, he was very dishonest! He even told me it was the garage that had removed the parts to leave them on the back seats for me 😅,
In short, a thief 🙂
