A huge thank you to the entire team at this garage!!!!
We had been stuck at another garage since the day before, where everything went wrong.
After a call to this Renault garage on Friday morning, they managed to have my tire shipped from Clermont-Ferrand and fitted that afternoon, something all the other garages in the area refused to do.
We were able to get our car back and return home to the south without being stuck all weekend.
Thank you again, you were truly helpful and very professional.

il était temps de changer mes pneus. je voulais des Michelins. Problème , plus de disponibilité pour le modèle demandé . Le chef d'atelier a pris le temps pour me proposer une équivalence en qualité /prix qui me convenait. Mon expérience de conducteur depuis 50 ans m'avait rendu méfiant envers les garagistes mais chez BONY Langeac c'est bien un climat de confiance qui s'est installé.
