Very friendly on the phone to make an appointment, clear and explained things well including options and pricing. Very kind welcome in the shop, wait not too long, accommodating and helpful. The person handling the administrative part is very nice, it was refreshing and made me feel comfortable and confident, she even helped me when I forgot my credit card and needed to make the purchase "a distance"

Perfect! I got an appointment quickly and dropped my car off at the Euromaster garage on the morning of December 24th for a full oil change. (The cost was €180, perfect!)
Everything went very smoothly. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly!
They tell you if there's anything that needs doing without pushing for unnecessary fuel consumption.
