Hello,
I'm very disappointed; this issue has been dragging on since spring.
I bought roof bars online for my vehicle and provided my registration document to get the correct part number, but despite this, the product I received wasn't compatible with my car.
I did make the mistake of drilling holes in the metal feet because I thought it would allow the roof bars to function properly, but it didn't change anything.
I asked if they would refund me for the roof bars so I could resell them, deducting the cost of the feet, but they said no, because I no longer had the box and the metal feet were drilled. They even sell them as spare parts.
I asked for the feet to be sent back free of charge so I could resell everything, but they refused. If the product had been compatible with my car, I wouldn't have needed to drill the feet. What more can I do besides providing my registration document? We trusted the professionals, didn't we?
They offered to send me replacement metal feet, covering the shipping costs—thanks for that—but their offer is only valid until the end of September, while this has been dragging on for months and months.
I find that for €44, it's neither very professional nor helpful of them. As a reminder, the products ordered by Ms. xxx are not the correct ones. And her mistake hasn't been acknowledged.
It's a shame, especially since I wanted to do the right thing by buying new from a garage... I bought my roof bars used from another garage near my home, and everything went very smoothly, and they were the correct model!
I never leave reviews on Google, but in this case, I feel it's important to point out that professionalism, attentiveness, and a willingness to find solutions were completely lacking!
I won't be going back there anytime soon, nor will I recommend them. FL.

I called a few minutes before closing time. The salesperson did everything they could to get me my part; they even waited for my husband to arrive. I highly recommend this place.
