A very pleasing experience. Service received my Mercedes B-Class with a sensor fault. The fault was diagnosed and rectified. I was informed when the car was ready to be collected. I found the whole episode very efficiently handled by this agent.

I have been into this garage several times, to be treated shoddily by staff. There is no customer service and I find it hard to believe that there is only 1 member of staff that can deal in parts for Mercedes in the whole building. I had to approach staff, no one came to me to offer assistance. Just terrible customer service. We were kept waiting 25 minutes before we finally walked out and went elsewhere for the parts that we required.
