We had a problem with our motorhome steering wheel juddering. Just thought a balance weight had been thrown off. We do not speak French and they do not speak English . But this did not dull the wonderful service at all. They found that we had a bulge in the rear tyre and fitted 2 new rear tyres but also highlighted that we had a bearing gone in the rear wheel which caused the problem and adviced us where the Renault garage was by drawing a map . There assistance/service was exceptional . Much better than UK

While we were on vacation here, we discovered today that our tire was slowly going flat. We went to Euromaster, and luckily, there was someone there who spoke reasonable English. He was very helpful and friendly. They looked at our car right away, and the problem was solved within fifteen minutes. Excellent service!
