I just took delivery of a Peugeot e-208 and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Impeccable support, clear advice, availability, and efficiency at every stage: everything went smoothly and reassuringly.
The car perfectly meets my expectations: pleasant to drive, beautifully finished, and truly enjoyable for everyday use. A real success.
A big thank you to Marius for his professionalism and the quality of his follow-up. I highly recommend him.

Thanks to Florent
We met him over 3 years ago to exchange our two vehicles.
We left happy with our purchases.
We came back (it was obvious) a few weeks ago to exchange one of the vehicles.
He's a responsive salesman.
Very professional.
I recommend going there if you need to buy a used vehicle.
Thank you again, Florent.

Appointment for a new vehicle: tire pressure monitoring system and rear tailgate wiring to be reattached. Four-week wait for the appointment! Excellent service and top-notch work.
However, the phone... impossible to reach, that's the only downside! 😅

Purchased a used vehicle (60,000 km) at the end of December 2024.
I do not recommend them unless you keep a very close eye on the vehicle and clearly complain at the first sign of trouble, otherwise nothing will be done.
The timing belt was noted as due for replacement, and it was done almost immediately elsewhere (I quote the other garage: "Your timing belt needs to be done, it's clearly more than worn").
There was a huge problem right from the start (and I mean huge): a fuel leak. It was really leaking (the cap and seal above the tank were shot). It took three months to get approval for repairs.
The battery died three months after purchase (normal use). They told me I had to drive 1.5 hours each way to get it replaced. (They installed a much less powerful battery).
Furthermore, from the beginning, there was a rattling noise and a window that was difficult to raise (I reported this in March 2025, and it was fixed in December 2025). The wait times were enormous, with calls almost every day, excuses like "we're short-staffed, but someone will be arriving next week." In the end, it took 8 or 9 months just to get through to them once, explain the problem, and call back 36 hours later because they were "waiting for management." When they finally got a response, they didn't call back; it was up to us to struggle to reach them for months (even going through the new vehicle department, we were redirected every time and nothing happened). All this just to end up having to drive another 3 hours (round trip) for a piece of rubber that took 30 minutes to make. Of course, after appointments with loaner vehicles, there were no vehicles available, so I cancelled them, after calling 10 times a day, and that's not all.
I understand better now why people are saying Peugeot Laon is going to be kicked out of the group.

Absolutely avoid this maintenance service.
Customer service is unreachable; there was no follow-up or response despite several attempts to contact them.
A complete lack of consideration for customers. A very disappointing experience.
