(Personally, I had a problem with the central locking system on a Saxo in another Citroën. They wanted me to replace the remote control. Here, they noticed a battery problem even though I had bought two new batteries. So, they replaced the battery and resynchronized the remote control. The problem was resolved. The customer was satisfied.)
