My Mégane E Techo broke down three days before leaving for vacation. The teams did everything they could to have the faulty ECU delivered urgently and replaced it immediately, allowing me to leave with a repaired vehicle. Thanks again to Vincent, who worked like crazy for this.
Thank you also for the work that the secretary, Sandrine, undertook to resolve the problem financially with Renault customer service.
I can't say the same about Renault customer service for admitting that a recent vehicle is completely unreliable in terms of a major electronic component.

While on holiday in the region, our car broke down for the first time on the way to Châteauroux. We had to have our Scenic repaired at a general garage (two injectors were replaced). At the end of our stay in the Basque Country, the car broke down again two days before our return to Lille. The ETCHEGARAY garage agreed to take our car in as an emergency on Friday after we called on Thursday evening, whereas the other Renault garages had told me, "Sorry, but we're swamped." At ETCHEGARAY, the diagnosis was made on Friday and the car was repaired on Saturday morning by the owner's son himself. They welcomed us on Saturday morning to return the repaired vehicle, even though the garage was closed, so we could get back to Lille. One of the injectors repaired the first time by the first garage was faulty. Thanks to the garage's understanding receptionist and the entire team, we were able to travel the 1000 km back home without any problems. A huge thank you to this garage for their responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness.

I highly recommend this garage. All the staff are friendly and competent. For several years now, I've bought my cars there and brought them in for all servicing and repairs. I've always been satisfied with their work! They are very professional and I trust them completely!
