I've dropped off my car there three times. The first time everything went smoothly. The second time, I ended up with a piece of the car in my hand (the very one I had just replaced). The third time, I literally broke down in the middle of a highway. I haven't been able to get a refund (except for a credit note, which I don't intend to use).

Clutch replaced 18 months ago, but the release bearing started making an abnormal and increasing noise. Without further discussion, all the clutch parts were replaced without me having to pay a single euro. Bravo, a service that deserves 5 stars.
