The boss found the problem in 10 seconds flat.
Luckily, he had the part.
He stayed during his lunch break to fix the car.
We left at 1:30.

Not very competent and not very business-like, not to say dishonest. If possible, move on and go elsewhere, especially if you are a woman because we are taken for idiots. I wrongly paid for repairs because it was due to poor work by this garage. But when they give you a load of rubbish and you are not in the profession... On the other hand, when I told this to other mechanics they laughed because it was so unbelievable. I also had to have the geometry redone elsewhere because it was neither done nor to be done. Obviously, I strongly advise against this garage.

I paid more for my service than the usual dealership I go to in Besançon, and the car wasn't cleaned but dirtier than when I brought it in. There were no windshield wipers, so I went and bought some elsewhere.
