I called the garage on a Thursday morning to ask for an emergency appointment for the afternoon for the work car of.my husband. Thanks to Sylvie (who is helpful, kind and professional ) for giving us an appointment in the afternoon and within 24 hours the problem was solved and we fetched the car. The customer service is really great. Even when we were in line waiting for Sylvie another gentleman asked if we had been helped. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND A CLEAR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! After making an appointment a few weeks prior, I arrived at 9:30 am for a check-up following a safety recall on my 3008. The receptionist, in an icy tone, informed me that she would let me know when the car was ready. Late that morning, having heard nothing, I called and was told my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told, still just as "kindly," that the check hadn't been done because their equipment wasn't working. Politely, I told him that I would have liked to have been notified as promised. The manager intervened and, in an aggressive tone, made it clear that a customer has no right to express their dissatisfaction in his establishment!! A word of advice to this manager and his receptionist: find another line of work! Judging by the signs posted at reception, I'm not the first to be unhappy. Customers are being ordered to be respectful to the staff or face being expelled from the dealership—it's absurd! And, to "punish" me, they made me wait 10 minutes outside the service department to give me back my car keys, which, by the way, hadn't moved from a single spot in the parking lot! You can count on me to keep customers away from your establishment 😉.
